I really enjoyed the hotel, it's quiet little and the location is fantastic near to train station. Location: the property was near really good restaurants, supermarkets, and bars as well as Umeda, Osaka's main railway station and Osaka's hub😃

During our recent stay at Best Western, we were delighted by the superb location, just a few minutes' walk from Tsukamoto station. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring Osaka and its surroundings. The comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep, and the friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Additionally, having a supermarket and a delicious takoyaki store nearby was a bonus. we had a very pleasant and comfortable experience at Best Western. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka.

The hotel's location was superb, being just a short walk from the train station. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with friendly staff and great amenities like free tea and coffee. The hotel's location in the center of this city made it an ideal spot to explore from.

During my christmas stay, the complementary breakfast and free Wi-Fi were the best aspects of my experience. the hotel's location within walking distance to a train station made getting around the city very easy. the room was also equipped with a TV, which was great for some evening entertainment.
The bathroom was poorly designed with a high entrance and sharp edges that could easily hurt your feet. the cleanliness was not up to par either, with only the linens and towels being changed daily.

Great Location, Friendly Staff & Tidy Room
This hotel is situated in a lovely residential area, yet with easy access to the city centre by train – just one stop away! The staff were super friendly and the room was immaculate with all the amenities we needed. We especially loved the 24-hour convenience stores and restaurants just a few minutes' walk from the hotel. we had a fantastic weekend stay thanks to the hotel's key location and friendly staff.
The only negative aspect we experienced was the occasional smell of smoke, possibly coming from the air-conditioning system. It wasn't a big issue for us, but for those who are particularly sensitive to the smell of smoke, it could be a problem.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train and metro stations in the heart of the city center. the front desk staff are friendly and helpful. the rooms are well-appointed, clean, and the curtains block out light effectively. Free coffee and a good breakfast with many options is offered.
The sound isolation of the rooms is not great, so noise from the hallway can be heard.
